Terms and conditions for evaluating Warweaver Kernel. Last updated: January 2025.

Overview

This Evaluation License governs your use of the Warweaver Kernel SDK provided for evaluation purposes. By downloading, installing, or using the SDK, you agree to these terms.

Purpose: This license is designed to allow you to test and evaluate Warweaver in your development environment. It is not a production license. For production use, a separate commercial license agreement is required.

License Scope

The evaluation license grants you the following rights:

What You May Do

  • [x] Download and install the Warweaver SDK in your development environment
  • [x] Integrate the SDK into your Unity project for testing purposes
  • [x] Test agent behavior, performance, and deterministic execution
  • [x] Share feedback, bug reports, and feature requests with Warweaver
  • [x] Use the SDK in internal staging environments for evaluation

Restrictions

The following activities are prohibited under this evaluation license:

What You May Not Do

  • [ ] Deploy applications using Warweaver to production environments
  • [ ] Distribute, sell, or sublicense the SDK to third parties
  • [ ] Use Warweaver in any commercial product or service without a production license
  • [ ] Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SDK
  • [ ] Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
  • [ ] Use the SDK to create competing middleware products

Intellectual Property

Warweaver Kernel and all associated intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Warweaver. This license does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

Ownership

  • [x] Warweaver retains all rights, title, and interest in the SDK
  • [x] You retain all rights to your own code and applications
  • [x] Integration of Warweaver into your project does not create joint ownership

Feedback

We encourage feedback, bug reports, and feature suggestions. By providing feedback, you grant Warweaver a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, modify, and incorporate your feedback into the SDK without compensation or attribution (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

Note: This is standard practice for evaluation programs and allows us to improve the product based on real-world usage.

Warranty & Disclaimer

The SDK is provided "AS IS" for evaluation purposes. Warweaver makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the SDK's fitness for any particular purpose, performance, or reliability.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Warweaver shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the evaluation SDK, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Termination

This evaluation license may be terminated under the following circumstances:

Termination Conditions

  • [x] If you violate any terms of this license
  • [x] At Warweaver's discretion (with reasonable notice)
  • [x] If you request termination in writing

Upon Termination

Upon termination, you must:

  • [x] Cease all use of the SDK
  • [x] Delete or destroy all copies of the SDK in your possession
  • [x] Remove Warweaver from any projects (unless you have a production license)

Note: Termination does not affect your obligation to comply with intellectual property restrictions or confidentiality obligations that survive termination.

If you wish to use Warweaver in production, you must obtain a separate commercial license. Production licenses include:

Governing Law & Contact

Governing Law

This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction to be specified]. Any disputes arising from this license shall be resolved through [Dispute resolution method to be specified].

Note: Specific jurisdiction and dispute resolution terms will be finalized in the commercial production license agreement.
