How Warweaver handles data collection and privacy. Last updated: January 2025.
Warweaver Kernel is middleware software that runs locally in your Unity project. This privacy policy covers data collection through our website (evaluation requests) and the behavior of the Warweaver SDK itself.
Core Principle: The Warweaver SDK executes entirely on your hardware. It does not send data to Warweaver or any third party unless you explicitly opt-in to future telemetry features (see "Future Considerations" below).
When you submit an evaluation request via our website, we collect the following information:
The Warweaver SDK is middleware that runs within your Unity project. Here's what it does—and, more importantly, what it doesn't do:
We are considering introducing an opt-in telemetry feature in future releases. This would be completely optional and disabled by default.
If we implement this feature, it would help us:
If implemented: Opt-in telemetry would be clearly documented, require explicit configuration to enable, and may include incentives (such as discounts on future licenses) to encourage participation. All data would be anonymized and used solely for product improvement.
Important: This feature does not exist today. The SDK you receive will have no telemetry capabilities. If we introduce this feature, we will update this privacy policy and provide clear documentation on how to opt-in or remain opted-out.
Evaluation request data is retained as long as necessary to process your request and provide SDK access. If you no longer wish to use Warweaver, you may request deletion of your evaluation data.

We may update this privacy policy as our practices evolve or if we introduce new features (such as opt-in telemetry). Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered evaluation users. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
Note: This is a B2B middleware product. This policy is intended to be clear and transparent, not comprehensive legal documentation. For formal legal agreements, see our Evaluation License.
